We were very saddened to hear of Barry’s death after many months of hospitalisation and his constant determined efforts to regain his strength. When we moved into the newly built Century Court we remember Barry as a fellow director of the management company formed under the leadership of Bernard Fullerton. Barry led the gardening committee with tenacity, he obtained funding from Blooms Nursery who employed Peter Dowle our garden designer and supplied the planting. Barry generated the community enthusiasm to do the groundwork and complete the project. Dear Barry was a colleague and a friend, we shall miss him. May he rest in peace.
